Common issues
The most common cause is a video-only post with no readable recipe text behind it, for example some Reels or TikToks that never link to a written recipe. Use the link to the full written recipe if the post has one in its caption or bio. Paste a food-blog or website link rather than the video itself. Check the link opens a real page in your browser first. If a link still will not import, send it to support@recipop.app and we will take a look.
ReciPop picks the sharpest photo it can find for a dish. If it grabbed something off, let us know the recipe and we will improve the match.
Macros are estimates built from the ingredients in the recipe. If a number seems far off, check the serving count first, since macros are shown per serving. Still looks wrong, send us the recipe.
Open the Me tab and switch Grocery units between grams and ounces. The Groceries tab updates right away.
Open the Me tab, then Macro targets, and adjust the steppers. Every Goal Match ring updates to match.
